These Terms and Conditions are intended to promote

the education and welfare of each student.

Lessons

• All lessons are conducted by qualified tutors in their field of expertise.

• All Private Lessons are 45mins in duration (45min and 60min 
lessons by arrangement only, as per the teacher’s recommendation).

• Public Holidays are observed however students are still required to attend GuitarZone lessons .

• Timetables must be strictly adhered to at all times.

• GuitarZone reserves the right to photograph, film and/or record student performances for educational purposes. All data collected is retained by GuitarZone and will not be passed on or sold to a third party. Photos and footage may be used on the website and/or for promotional purposes.

Enrollment

• Enrolment forms may be submitted online via GuitarZone website OR email OR in person to GuitarZone Administration.

• New enrolling students may commence lessons only during the allotted batch/time as per given by teacher availability.

• Scheduling will commence once admission formalities & payment is received.

• 
Any change in contact details or medical conditions must be notified to GuitarZone Administration immediately.

Cancelation,Termination & Rescheduling

• 24hrs notice is required for non attendance of a lesson, otherwise it will be deemed a charge (& forfeiture of that lesson).

• All notification must be made directly to GuitarZone Administration on 09560102743.

• Sickness/injury must be notified to GuitarZone  Administration immediately.

• Limit of 1 makeup lesson per student, per term, except under extenuating circumstances. In the event that the teacher is away and cannot be substituted, GuitarZone will credit the lesson.

• All makeup lessons must be organised through Administration (NOT the teacher) and are at Management’s discretion. Makeup lessons must be scheduled within the term that they are accrued. Credits/makeups may NOT be carried across to a new calendar year.

• Fee once deposited is NOT refundable in any condition.

Fees & Payments

• All fees are invoiced by the term and payable in advance prior to commencement of the first lesson.

• Payments can be made via Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit, or Net banking Transfer.

• Direct Deposit payments must quote the invoice no. OR student’s first initial & surname in the description.

• Late payments will incur a 5% surcharge per month.

• For accounts not paid by the due date, GuitarZone will suspend tuition until such accounts are finalised.

General Conditions

• GuitarZone does not provide parking for students or their families.

• GuitarZone does not take any responsibility for siblings/friends/relatives of students who attend and/or wait on the premises. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES(if out of the class).

• All breakages or damage to GuitarZone property (instruments/any article) must be paid for.
